High performance washer-disinfector for laboratory glassware Uniclean® PL II 15 Laboratory and Research

The Uniclean® PL II 15 is the highest performance washer-disinfector from MMM and has been developed for the thorough reprocessing of large quantities of laboratory glassware. The innovative single-chamber machine has an effective chamber volume of 340 liters and a compact design with a width of only 1,000 mm. The Uniclean® PL II 15 can be used to reprocess various types of laboratory glassware, from pipettes right through to large volume flasks.

High cleaning power with a small footprint.

Washer-disinfectors with one or two doors and an effective chamber volume of 340 liters. Chamber material: AISI 316L. JANUS water connection for racks. Vertically downward opening glass doors, electrically driven. Electric or steam-heated tank, electric air heating. One dosing pump with flow meter. High performance H-Flow drying system. 4D cleaning system for even water distribution in the chamber. Room for three cleaning agent containers. 3-color LED chamber lighting. Industrial PLC from B&R in an IP 55 control cabinet. Smart HMI with “Halo” LED control panel. Intelligent water management system. PPV system for process parameter verification: Monitoring of air temperature, water temperature and pump pressure. Control and cleaning agent cabinet extendable on telescopic slides. Disinfection, either A0 value control or temperature holding time control. HEPA H14 filter. Economizer exhaust air system for heat recovery.
